• Manage a caseload of insurance defense and related civil litigation matters from early strategy through resolution
• Take and defend depositions prepare witnesses and drive discovery plans
• Draft motions pleadings and persuasive legal memoranda with strong research and writing
• Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy negotiation and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally keeping matters moving efficiently
• Appear in court as needed and support mediations and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

• JD from a reputable law school
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• Deposition experience (taking and defending)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation preferred
• Organized deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple matters
