Salary: Base salary of 1000 (x14 months)
Meal Allowance: 2014.32 (net/year) totaling 16014.32/year
Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off

Your Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate online videos content and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
Update audit and manage content for a leading social media platform.
Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills:

Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2)
Strong PC navigation and computer skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year)
Associate degree in a related field
Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output
Team player with an independent work approach
A professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations
