We are currently hiring a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join an international team supporting a well-known fashion industry brand. This role combines technical problem-solving with customer interaction in a professional process-driven setting ideal for candidates who value organization clarity and long-term development.
What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely accurate resolutions
- Educate customers on product usage updates and best practices
- Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper case tracking and resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
What we are looking for
- Proficient or bilingual level (C1) of German
- Advanced level of English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution
- Comfortable working in a structured international environment
