Description

Join the specialized team that provides strategic data analysis process improvement and metrics for Honeywell. You will lead the development of data analytics to drive strategic decisions provide guidance drive favorable business & metric performance & enable leadership to make key strategic decision based on your guidance. You will influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders to accept new concepts practices and approaches as a business partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and utilize standard MOR reporting with continuous improvements and refinements as needed
  • Provide various extractions and analysis of MAT (Manpower Allocation Tool)/EOC data
  • Support and provide resource management and financial data as needed in staff meetings and MORs
  • Analyze demand and supply variances (Fill rate)
  • Report and forecast engineering utilization Direct charge hours supplied v. census capacity and provide variance analysis
  • Coordinate and maintain various tasks related to department budgets and census including forecast tracking reporting and analyzing/reconciling variances
  • Report all relevant business and engineering trend metrics related to COEs programs and resources



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Data Analytics and Finance
  • Analytical skills with demonstrable skills in compiling and analyzing complex data ability to resolve conflicts in data
  • Experience using & creating views in Tableau
  • Proficient Microsoft Office package skills (Excel Project Outlook PowerPoint etc.)
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

WE VALUE

  • Degree in Business Science or Engineering Finance or Accounting or related field
  • Defense industry experience
  • Experience supporting Director and Vice President level internal customers
  • Knowledge of resource planning financial data compilation and analysis and metrics reporting
  • Ability to convey information with clarity and directness ensuring the message is understood across diverse global teams
  • Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
