The Opportunity
To support our existing portfolio of projects we are looking for a Fire Safety Engineer to join our Infrastructure Buildings and Defence national team. You will contribute and assist on projects this position you will be responsible for contributing to projects and ensuring the technical accuracy and adequacy of fire safety engineering deliverables.
Day-to-day activities include developing technical data packages considering design specifications and engineering services related to fire engineering across buildings Defence and infrastructure projects. The role will also interface closely with fire services protection designers and other engineering disciplines within KBR and externally as required.
You will work under direct supervision of the Fire Engineering National Lead in conjunction with the regional Building Services team within which you will function. The role includes planning and budgeting organising controlling stakeholders and managing third parties.

As a function of the work that we do it is a key requirement that you are an Australian citizen and either hold or are eligible for security clearance with the Australian Defence.
