We are looking for a friendly detail-oriented and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Agent to join our support team at Au Natural Organics. As a Chat & Email Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them with product inquiries order tracking returns and general support through live chat and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Assist customers with:
- Product recommendations and ingredient questions
- Order placement tracking cancellations and returns
- Subscription management (if applicable)
- Refund and exchange requests
- Educate customers about our organic ingredients and sustainability practices
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
<>Document customer interactions in CRM systems - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet daily/weekly response time and customer satisfaction KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in customer service (chat/email preferred)
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Comfortable using CRM systems helpdesk software and live chat tools
