Job Description
We are looking for a professional friendly and highly organized Virtual Receptionist to join our team at Ascendant Insurance Solutions. As the first point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for managing incoming calls responding to inquiries scheduling appointments and directing communications to the appropriate departments. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills excellent phone etiquette and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Route calls to appropriate agents claims representatives or departments
- Respond to basic client inquiries regarding policies billing and claims status
- Schedule appointments for agents and adjusters
- Manage voicemail messages and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM systems
- Monitor and to company email inbox (if assigned)
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of receptionist customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual phone systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
