As our Sr. Enterprise Architect you will:

• Workwithoursoftware engineering leaders to understandtheirneedsandimprove theirteamsperformancewithenhancedmethods andtooling.
• Buildour engineeringmuscle byleadingthedevelopment andadoption ofinnovativestandardsand practices.
• Lead the evolution of ourdelivery toolset:IDEsDevOps pipelines and on capabilities such as realistic testingobservability and monitoringcode quality evaluation and leverage of low-code application platforms and AI.
• Guideour Enterprise API Management programproviding methods and tooling forthe migration standardization and lifecycle management of reusable back-end componentswith security manageability and scalability built in.
• Support and evolve ourLeanIXenterprise architecture management tool focusing on data qualitycompany-wideusability automated population and integration with our knowledge management ecosystem.
• Establish metrics and targets for developer experience.
• Present regularlyonyourfindingsrecommendations andprogress inArchitectureReviewmeetings.
• Enrich our software engineering community through coaching mentoring and teaminteractions.
• Keepabreast of trends in software engineering and applythem to our organization.
• Learnthe concepts and methods of enterprise architectureand use them toguide complex change.
• Report to the Vice President Enterprise Architecture and work closely with IT Senior Leaders and the other architects.

Requirements:

• 10years of experiencedeliveringcomplexcloudapplicationsoftwarewith supportinginfrastructure-as-codepreferably using Microsoft Azure.
• Experience inengineering architecture andagileteam leadership roles.
• Experiencematuringa software engineering organization through improved practices and tooling.
• Experience withmodernAPI development for highly scalable and performant systems.
• Software architectureexpertise including the selection and application of design patterns.
• Current coding skills preferably in C# .NET Python and Terraform as well as in emerging programming languages.
• Deep curiosity andknowledgeaboutcurrent and emergingsoftware engineering technology including low-code application platformsandAIassistance.
• Strong coaching mentoring and group facilitation skills.
• Excellent spoken writtenand graphic communication including the ability to tailor both formal and informal communications to serve different audiences.
• Experience buildingtrustwith diverse stakeholders and addressing concerns and requirementsthatare sometimesin tension with each other.
• Integrated business technical andsocial judgment ability tojustify andprioritizeinvestments based on theirbusiness value technicalsoundness andthereadinessof software engineeringteams to embracethem.
