As a Senior Superintendent you will serve as the lead authority on-site driving complex luxury residential and hospitality projects from preconstruction through completion. Youll work directly with clients architects trade partners and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered at the highest level of quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing premium custom estates or exclusive club projects and thrives in a high-touch detail-driven environment.

What Youll Do
Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end residential and country club projects
Manage multiple trades sequencing and complex scheduling with minimal oversight
Maintain exceptional quality control standards and site safety
Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients architects and consultants
Mentor junior field staff and reinforce company standards
