Job Summary

As Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Team Lead you take ownership of GO Wibons SaaS systems ensuring operational reliability leading a small engineering team and resolving complex Level 3 support issues for key customers.
About GO Wibon
GO Wibon is Sogelinks SaaS platform that automates underground network data management and compliance with Dutch WIBON regulations. It combines real-time data validation secure processing and intuitive visualization helping teams reduce risks improve data quality and focus on building reliable innovative solutions.
What you will do
Lead and mentor a small development team supporting technical growth and collaboration.
Oversee full-stack maintenance lifecycle management and Level 3 support for critical systems.
Develop and improve applications using JAVA Spring Boot Angular Git (CI/CD) Docker & Kubernetes.
Ensure high-quality code reliable CI/CD pipelines and best practices in SaaS operations.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement enhancements and resolve complex issues.
Foster continuous learning knowledge sharing and a culture of excellence within the team.
Who you are
Expert in JAVA Spring Boot Angular Git (CI/CD) Docker & Kubernetes in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Strong leadership mentoring and line management skills.
Adaptable resilient and quality-driven with excellent communication.
Experience with ML Ops AI Engineering JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
