This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until the end of December 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Payroll Coordinator you will oversee and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple this role you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Payroll team internal functions such as HR and Finance and external payroll providers. You will manage daily payroll operations specifically for France and Italy serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related questions and work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient processes. Additionally you will contribute to the development improvement and documentation of payroll procedures while ensuring compliance with local labor laws regulations and company policies.

Education experience and personal characteristics

Hands-on payroll experience supporting France and/or Italy is required while payroll experience supporting Denmark and/or the UK is preferred

Strong understanding of payroll operations within a global organization

Experience working with Oracle

Fluent in English both written and spoken

To be successful in this role you are a quick learner with a proactive can-do attitude and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving global environment. You are highly organized detail-oriented and solution-focused with a strong motivation to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
