With a strong engineering heritage a collaborative culture and ambitious growth plans for we are now looking for a Service Manager to strengthen our service organization.

This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical work with leadership structure building and customer-facing project management in a global high-tech environment.

Your Role

As Service Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of service for Comsys products partners and end customers. You will act as the bridge between customers service operations and R&D while also leading customer-related projects.

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You enjoy working practically in the field while also creating structure processes and workflows that develop and scale the service organization. As Comsys grows you will contribute to maintaining excellence in Comsys service. You will actively help build and develop the service team.

This role includes travel approximately up to 30 days per year primarily to customer sites and partner locations.

In this role you will

Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Support customers with startup commissioning and troubleshooting of Comsys products
Act as project manager for service-related tasks and customer projects
Plan coordinate and lead training sessions for international customers and partners (on-site and online)
Develop and implement service procedures processes and workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience
Provide technical support to sales and collaborate with R&D on product improvements based on field feedback
Work in CRM service management and ERP systems
Handle customer support requests via service channels and participate in customer events training sessions and trade fairs
Follow internal processes and approval routines

Who You Are

We believe you are a technically skilled structured and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You enjoy taking responsibility working independently and leading others. You like combining hands-on technical work with creating structure and improving how things are done.

You also have experience working with digital tools and enjoy using modern systems to streamline service operations such as:

Freshdesk or similar ticketing/service management systems
Business Central or other ERP/business systems
CRM tools and digital documentation platforms

We believe you have

At least 5 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
13 years in a coordinating or lead role such as senior technician team lead or technical coordinator
Experience in power electronics industrial automation or related technical domains (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
