GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This newly created role will form part of a supportive marketing team working across multiple brands and international markets. Offering significant variety output includes digital and social assets exhibitions internal communications presentations literature and wider brand collateral.

A role where your creative input is valued and where high-quality design and attention to detail is valued. Brand guidelines are established expectations are clear and quality matters. The pace is busy but the environment is collaborative practical and grounded.

Hybrid working is in place with one day working from home. This would suit a designer who enjoys being client-side values consistency and relationships and wants a role with breadth stability and visibility inside a growing international business.

Key responsibilities

  • Design adapt and artwork a wide range of marketing and brand materials across print and digital channels
  • Repurpose and resize existing assets for exhibitions campaigns and digital use
  • Support the production and updating of brochures literature presentations and internal communications
  • Create digital and social media assets aligned to brand guidelines
  • Maintain consistency across multiple brands within the group
  • Work collaboratively with brand managers and marketing colleagues to deliver agreed outputs
  • Support exhibition and event-related design requirements including UK and international activity
  • Liaise with external agencies where required supporting the delivery of creative concepts into finished assets

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role ideally within an in-house or agency environment
  • Strong technical design and art working skills
  • Experience producing both print and digital assets
  • Comfortable working within established brand guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in execution quality
  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and deliver to deadlines
  • Confident communicator able to take briefs and translate them into effective visual outputs

Experience with motion graphics video or broader digital design skills would be an advantage but is not essential.
