This is a senior field-based leadership role with real impact perfect for someone with strong multi-site people management experience and a commercial mindset who enjoys building relationships and developing high-performing teams.

Lead & develop Audiologists and Hearing Care Assistants
Drive regional growth and new site launches
Build trusted partnerships with independent practices
Influence strategy and performance at a regional level

56000 base salary bonus
Company car (electric/hybrid) or allowance
Excellent benefits 27 days annual leave
