Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design develop and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists software engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions
Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion training validation deployment)
Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Optimize model performance scalability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring and retraining
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field
Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms deep learning NLP or computer vision
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and statistics
Experience working with REST APIs and model deployment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure)
Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow Kubeflow SageMaker)
Experience in LLMs GenAI or NLP use cases
Prior experience in fintech healthcare or enterprise-scale systems

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
