Role: COBOL / AS400 Application Developer Location: Toronto 4 days onsite per week
Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced COBOL/AS400 Application Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on development experience in IBM iSeries (AS400) environments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong application development experience using AS400 and COBOL 400
Solid understanding of core banking systems
Strong programming expertise in IBM iSeries (AS400) COBOL400
Prior experience in application support roles is preferred
Excellent working knowledge of DB2 SQL including query writing and debugging
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
High level of initiative flexibility and accountability
Strong customer focus and commitment to quality delivery
