Job Summary
Shift/Schedule: Days 0500-1330 majority with flexibility to do 0600-1430 or 0630-1500 Hours per week: 40 Requirements/Years of experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience. Able to perform embedding microtomy and manual staining. Equipment experience: TissueTek Cover slipper/stainerSakura VIP 6 AI Processor or Benchmark Ultra Stainer would be excellent bonus for us. Certification requirements: Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) ASCP or AMT is acceptable Helpful if have knowledge of Meditech Must have experience with human tissue be willing to work in a fast paced environment with a small group
