Role Overview
- We are seeking a strong Front End Engineer (Angular) to modernize the UI of a legacy product (Mimics) within the Precisely Assure product line.
- The role focuses on building a new web-based UI while integrating with existing backend services using a contract-first BFF approach.
- This is a hands-on development role requiring solid Angular expertise and modern frontend engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a new Web UI for a legacy enterprise product
- Build scalable modular front-end applications using Angular
- Implement responsive UI using Bootstrap and PrimeNG
- Develop interactive diagrams using GoJS
- Write unit tests using Jasmine
- Implement end-to-end testing using Playwright
- Utilize Storybook Chromatic for component development and visual testing
- Work with backend services deployed in Docker containers
- Contribute to BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) architecture using a contract-first approach
- Support micro-frontend deployments on AWS (CloudFront S3)
- Collaborate with backend teams integrating APIs under development
- Participate in CI/CD processes using Codefresh and Kubernetes
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
- Experience with JSP
- Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience with Bootstrap and PrimeNG
- Experience implementing diagramming libraries such as GoJS
- Unit testing experience using Jasmine
- End-to-end testing experience with Playwright
- Experience working in micro-frontend architectures
- Familiarity with backend integrations
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to AWS (CloudFront S3)
