Agile Coach
Work Location: Remote with regular meetings at Ft. Belvoir VA
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret Clearance
Contract duration: 5 years
Project Expected to start: April 2026
Enables delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology and supports development activities. Establishes processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way and drives strategic organizational change for Agile adoption. Embeds Agile culture using Agile and Lean methodologies and ensures stakeholders can access accurate project/program status without disrupting delivery.
POSITION DUTIES
- Coach delivery teams on Agile practices ceremonies and continuous improvement.
- Support adoption of Agile and Lean frameworks across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops mentoring sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Establish governance processes for Agile portfolio management.
- Advise leadership and stakeholders on Agile transformation strategies.
- Define and maintain Agile metrics to support delivery and performance tracking.
- Support cross-team coordination and program-level delivery alignment.
- Develop internal coaching capabilities to enable staff to coach others.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold Active Secret Clerance
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree required
- Experience demonstrating coaching advising workshops and mentoring
- Experience providing executive coaching at the organizational level
- Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or equivalent certification
