Job Summary

Create and maintain software for Policy Holder Services Strategic group within ITS department.

The duties of the consulting resources would be to analyze plan create modify test and implement code.

The consultant will adhere to NYSIFs application development standards including but not limited to project management methodology SDLC (software development life cycle) Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Requested Qualification Number	Requested Qualification Notes to Agency: Points assigned will change depending on the number of Qualifications submitted There is no requirement to have 10 Qualifications. Only Number of Months is an allowable unit of measurement for experience.	Experience you have
	72 months experience in Oracle development PL/SQL development including Triggers Packages Procedures functions views SQL Tuning and generating a data file from Oracle
2	72 months experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming developing web-based systems using Microsoft and MVC
3	72 months experience in static scanning Third party component Scan and vulneribility remediation
4	60 months experience with JavaScript JQuery CSS JSON and HTML XML REST API
5	72 months experience developing web application conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
6	60 months experience in using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Required Documentation	R sum Copy of Candidate Identification (i.e. Drivers License/Green Card/Visa and Passport if applicable) Any documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications (i.e. professional certifications degrees etc.)
