Job Summary

Position: Industrial Engineer

Location: Tiruppur

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Textile / Industrial Engineering / Production Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the knitted garment industry With Experience in T-shirt Polo Fleece or Casual wear production preferred

Salary: Upto 45000 (Slightly Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

- Line balancing and production planning
- Conduct time study and calculate SAM
- Set production targets and monitor line efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and improve productivity
- Optimize manpower utilization (target strength ratio 1:0.5)
- Coordinate with Planning & Factory teams for smooth execution
- Prepare capacity plans and machinery requirement plans
- Support lean initiatives and process improvements
- Track operator performance and support skill development
- Maintain efficiency reports and production data
