About the Role
Were introducing a new Roving Registered Nurse in Charge position to support our Central Adelaide sites ensuring consistent highquality care across our facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact wherever theyre needed most. As part of the roving team youll be scheduled across multiple Eldercare facilities - and due to the nature of the role youll need to be comfortable withshortnotice direction on which site youll be supporting on any given night.
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for delivering quality individualised nursing care to our residents including complex care needs and wound and pain management. You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that quality care and customer service is consistently delivered.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical knowledge and sound decisionmaking skills
Confidence supervising and supporting staff
A warm professional approach to building relationships with residents families and colleagues
Flexibility and readiness to work across multiple sites sometimes at short notice
