Estimated annual base pay: $18.50 (DOE)

Plus shift differential and overtime

What You Will Be Doing

Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently by picking packing and preparing merchandise for shipment in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels and adjusts as needed. Counts inventory for cycle counting purposes open/closes cycle count batches and trouble shoots discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement: Identifies quality/process improvements. Knowledge of tools to support continuous improvement.
Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or internal departments to replenish stock as needed ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Data Reporting: Maintain detailed records of stock movements and generate reports to track inventory trends performance metrics and inform decision making processes.

Time Management: Ability to manage tasks interruptions and meet deadlines as required.
Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory and operational issues.

Successful candidates typically have:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
1 years of warehouse experience

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
