Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive childcare and supervision in a safe and nurturing environment
Assist with daily routines including feeding bathing dressing and naps/bedtime
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
Provide companionship and basic personal support to clients as assigned
Assist with light housekeeping related to care (meal prep tidying laundry)
Follow care plans and family preferences
Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator
Maintain professionalism confidentiality and respect at all times
Qualifications
Previous experience as a nanny caregiver or similar role preferred
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments
Reliable transportation is an asset
