As part of a small two-person collections team youll play a key role in B2B collections maintaining positive client relationships and finding practical payment solutions while ensuring follow-ups are handled with professionalism and tact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out B2B collection follow-ups with professionalism and diplomacy
Maintain strong business relationships while ensuring payment timelines are respected
Propose tailored payment arrangements based on each clients situation
Respond to client questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or account issues

PROFILE SOUGHT:

Minimum of one year of experience in collections or B2B customer service
Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
