CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analysttoconduct advanced collection Processing Exploitation Dissemination (PED) reporting and targetingusing publicly available and commercially available data sources.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations targeting HUMINT and exploitation operations cyber operations and indications andwarningsthreat estimates.

- Fuse publicly available andcommercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Qualifications:

- Minimum ofsix(6) years of total experienceas an intelligence analyst within the

DoD or the Intelligence Community.

- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations intelligence operations kinetic/non-kinetic targeting and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties ( translating and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI social media or news sources) will not be considered equivalentexperience).

- Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.

- Advancedproficiencyin the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools databases and repositories as well as analytic and targetingmethodology.

- Advancedproficiencywith the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools databases and repositories as well as OSINT research andmethodology and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media the internet commercially available data and deep/dark web data sources).

- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities regulations and policy.

- Superior written communications skills andproficiencywith the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

- Superior verbal briefing skills withdemonstratedhistory of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.

- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
