What you will do-
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of the USCAN Region and select members of the regional leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner enabling executive effectiveness through the management of complex schedules coordination of cross-functional priorities and oversight of seamless day-to-day operations.
How you will do it-
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and multiple direct reports ensuring alignment efficiency and effective use of executive time
- Manage challenging calendars including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and balancing competing priorities
- Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries accommodations and expense management
- Prepare agendas presentations reports briefing materials and executive communications
- Coordinate leadership meetings off-sites and conferences including logistics and materials
- Track deadlines deliverables and commitments to ensure timely execution of business priorities
- Support internal and external events and special initiatives as assigned
- Monitor expenses prepare expense reports and support budget management as applicable
What we look for-
Required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting a President C-level executive or senior leadership team
- Exceptional organizational time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities with minimal direction
