Office Assistant Dispatch & Route Scheduler (Possibly Full Time)

• Handle customer inquiries via phone/email/text with professionalism and efficiency
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts schedule services and track interactions
• Dispatch lawn care technicians and create efficient daily service routes
• Adjust schedules due to weather service changes or customer requests and communicate updates clearly
• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Sales Team ensuring seamless operations
• Assist in preparing reports maintaining records and organizing office tasks
• Collaborate with team members to improve scheduling efficiency processes and overall customer experience

• Strong phone and communication skills. Must be able to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in computer applications including CRM systems Word Excel and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail reliability and the ability to manage changing schedules
• Reliable transportation and a good attendance record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Dispatch scheduling or service-industry experience is a plus (but not required)

• Competitive salary $19-$23 per hour (Starting Pay Depends on Experience)
