Summary of the Role:
The Integrator is a hungry humble and smart leader worth following. An adventurer who is willing to relocate with a passion to grow and multiply themselves. They are competitors possessing grit a scrappy demeanor and a determined drive to hit audacious goals. The Integrator has the ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business run the organization and manage the day-to-day issues that arise. They are the glue that holds the people processes systems priorities and strategy of the company together.
Job Responsibilities:
- Running the day-to-day
- Accountable for the profit and loss of the company and the development and execution of the business plan
- Leads manages and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
- Removes obstacles so that people can effectively execute their responsibilities
- The steady force
- Ensures organizational clarity by maintaining open communication across the organization
- Makes decisions and assists in issue resolution; serves as the tie-breaker within the leadership team
- Maintains organizational priorities guided by the Visionary and ensures that everyone is aligned on those priorities and working in a manner consistent with our core values
- Harmoniously integrates the functions of the business blending friction into greater energy for the company as a whole
- The voice of reason
- Filter the ideas of the Visionary to eliminate barriers hurdles and stumbling blocks for the leadership team
Essential Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree
- Leadership experience
- Business plan and/or budget development and maintenance
- Microsoft computer application competence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the sport of Soccer
- Willing to relocate
- Coaching experience
- Previous Integrator / EOS experience
- Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
