Job Summary
Asbestos Building Surveyor
We are working with a well established UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy operating across Scotland. Due to continued growth and internal progression they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial and Industrial Asbestos Surveyor to join their team.
This is not a volume driven consultancy. Surveyors are treated as professionals trusted to deliver technically robust work without unrealistic targets or constant oversight.
The Role
You will undertake a mix of Management and Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across commercial industrial and public sector properties throughout the Central Belt.
Work is properly scoped and scheduled. Experienced surveyors contribute to planning and technical input to ensure projects are realistic safe and defensible.
