Job Summary

The Mission We are recruiting a clinical perfectionist to join a private medical detail operating at the peak of the luxury sector. You will provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a mega-yacht. This role is a fusion of acute clinical responsibility and elite travel with a cruising itinerary that includes Palma de Mallorca the Cinque Terre (Italian Riviera) Split (Croatia) and Paxos.

The Team You will integrate into a medical department that rivals the standards of top-tier academic hospitals. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor supported by resident Physiotherapists and a cohesive team of Western-trained nurses. We value the direct communication and high clinical standards often found in Dutch healthcare professionals.

The Safety We ensure sustainable performance through a strict double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees you never work in isolation and provides ample off-duty time to experience the Mediterranean climate and ports of call.

The Process We respect your current schedule. The initial screening and interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this position from Amsterdam before any travel logistics are arranged.

Qualifications: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / HBO-V equivalent) is mandatory.
Experience: You must possess 4 years of Acute Care experience (ICU/Intensive Care SEH/A&E or CCU).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is non-negotiable for team coordination.
