Job Summary

* Install activate and maintain internet & connectivity services.

* Perform cabling device configuration testing and documentation.

* Troubleshoot network issues and restore services within SLA.

* Prepare customer sites and handle service handover.

* Communicate professionally with customers and close tickets properly.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Networking Telecommunications Computer Science or equivalent.

* Minimum 2 years experience in ISP/Telecom field operations.

* Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN IP addressing subnetting DHCP DNS VLAN.

* Basic routing & switching knowledge.

* Valid driving license ability to work on field sites.
