- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles aligned with job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates on interview schedules updates and feedback.
- Support HR team in planning recruitment drives or campus hiring activities.
- Will be responsible for engineering roles hiring
Requirements
- Completed any Engineering Degree and ready to learn Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment basics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism ownership and learning mindset.
Required Skills:
The Offshore Test Analyst will execute functional API and data validation testing for Consumer Data Right (CDR) initiatives with a focus on Product and Customer Data accuracy compliance and consent-driven data sharing. Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements user stories and CDR data standards Design and execute test cases for Product and Customer Data APIs Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger Validate data attributes mandatory fields and schema compliance Execute positive negative boundary and error-handling scenarios Perform regression testing across CDR endpoints Log track and retest defects in JIRA Support UAT and production verification activities Maintain traceability between requirements test cases and defects Work closely with the onsite Test Lead to meet delivery timelines Required Skills & Experience Experience in API and data validation testing Knowledge of RESTful services JSON and HTTP status codes Understanding of banking or financial data Experience with test management and defect tracking tools Strong analytical and documentation skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
