Job Summary
Role: The Architect (Language & Soft Skills Trainer)
Mission: Build the communication backbone of our team.

We are looking for The Architecta master trainer who doesnt just teach English but shapes confidence etiquette and global standards. What Youll Do (The Mission)
Foundation Building: Design and deliver high-impact training modules for accent neutralization and global communication.
Professional Polishing: Coach team members on corporate etiquette professional grooming and cross-cultural communication.
Skill Assessment: Identify communication gaps and architect customized learning paths to bridge them.
Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of raw talent and ensure they meet our high-standard "Global Voice" benchmarks.
Your Architect Toolkit
Accent Neutralization: Mastery in voice and accent training (neutral/global accents).
Module Design: Ability to create engaging training materials from scratch.
Corporate Etiquette: Deep understanding of professional behavior in an international business environment.
Charisma: You dont just teach; you inspire. Your own communication must be the gold standard.
The Essentials
Shift Timings: Flexible (As per business requirements). You may be required to align with either the UK Shift (Afternoon) or the AU Shift (Early Morning) to train and monitor the respective teams.
Experience: 1 Year in V&A / Soft Skills Training.
Education: Graduate (English/Communication background preferred).
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed 5-day workweek).
Location: Mansarovar Jaipur (On-site).
Requirements
Must be open to working flexible hours to accommodate both UK and Australian shift timings ensuring all team members receive consistent training.
Expertise:
Deep understanding of global accents and the ability to switch training styles based on the target market (UK vs. AUS).
Commitment:
A dedicated professional who prioritizes the teams learning curve above a rigid 9-to-5 schedule.
