Job Summary
EduTalent Group are seeking a dedicated PrepPrep School Teacher Assistant for September 2026. This role supports teaching in the PrePrep School helping to create a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment and working closely with class teachers to support young learners. This is a fulltime permanent role in a leading British international school in Madrid.
Requirements
Bachelors degree from a British university or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Teaching Assistant
Knowledge of the British National Curriculum
Experience with Phonics early reading and early mathematics with a mastery approach
Nativelevel English proficiency
Ability to support individual pupils and small groups
Strong teamwork communication and interpersonal skills
Confident use of technology in learning
Desirable but not essential:
Previous experience in an international school
All appointments are subject to safeguarding checks including references and ACRO Criminal Records Office clearance.
