Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00/hour

Licensed Social Worker Opportunity:

Full-time permanent direct-hire
$5K relocation assistance
Great benefits including health/dental/vision insurance coverages for selected Licensed Social Worker
Licensed Social Worker will work in unison with hospital and hospice team members and will report to both the Hospital DON and Hospice Manager

Licensed Social Worker Qualifications:

Must have bachelors degree in Social Work
Must be licensed to work in the State of Minnesota as a Social Worker or eligible to obtain before hire
