Your mission
At Checkmk we operate a complex infrastructure spanning on-prem systems cloud environments containers and corporate IT. We are looking for adeeply technical engineer who shapes our infrastructuretogether with the team.
This is not a purely operational role. It is ahands-on technical leadership rolewhere you help design evolve and guide the architecture of our infrastructure together with the team.
You will work across many areas of IT from servers and networking to cloud platforms and endpoint management and help us build robust scalable secure and automated systems.

Your responsibilities
- Design and evolve thetechnical architecture of our infrastructure
- Lead technical discussions and guide architectural decisions
- Work closely with the infrastructure team todesign and implement solutions
- Build and improveautomation and infrastructure as code
- Help solve complex technical problems across multiple systems
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate
- Ensure systems are reliable secure and maintainable
- Contribute to documentation and technical standards
