HR & Office support Belgium - Automotive Business

SKFVehicle Aftermarket (VA)is a trusted supplier that serves theAutomotiveaftermarket with high-quality products and premium services for cars and commercial vehicles globally. With over 20000 variations our unmatched product range delivers comprehensive system repair solutions. We prioritize ease of access to required parts ensuringtimelyavailability and efficient repairs. SKF VAhavea strong network of over 10000 distributors and dealers worldwide. This expansive reach ensures that our spare parts for cars trucks and two-wheelers are readily available in workshops across the globe.


Key responsibilities

HR Service Specialist (75%)

You will support our HR organization by handling administrative processes preparing payroll data and assisting with Compensation & Benefits activities. You ensure accuracy compliance and highquality service for employees managers and HR colleagues.

1. General HR Support (60%)

  • Respond to employee questions and provide clear policybased guidance.
  • Process HR transactions and maintain accurate HR data (time registration absences etc.).
  • Support managers and employees in HR and People Management processes.
  • Deliver HR services to HR Business Partners and line managers.
  • Assist with onboarding (badges welcome materials workstation setup).
  • Prepare and deliver accurate payroll documentation on time.
  • Collaborate with the social secretariat and external payroll partners.
  • Support Learning & Development activities.
  • Act as backup for the HR Business Partner.
  • Support the fleet manager.
  • Work in line with the SKF Code of Conduct EHS and Quality policies.

2. Compensation & Benefits Support (15%)

  • Support alignment of local C&B practices with SKF Global Compensation Principles.
  • Assist with processes
  • Help administer benefits (company cars insurance plans etc.).
  • Monitor changes in labor legislation and collective agreements.

Office Assistant (25%)

You help keep the office running smoothly by managing communication logistics supplies and internal events. You are the goto person for practical support and contribute to a positive employee experience.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication (mailbox/post).
  • Oversee office supplies equipment and facility needs.
  • Manage meeting rooms and shared office spaces.
  • Support internal and external communication including social media.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Coordinate internal events workshops and team activities.
  • Support procurement processes.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good understanding of social legislation.
  • Strong skills in Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Very good command of English.
