The Professional Service Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Operations Lead with all stages and types of Twinstate initiatives regarding project planning and implementation. A major part of this role is to provide effective communication between clients and the technical/programming staff. The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Operations Lead by creating the project assigning appropriate resources and maintaining routine communication with the client about the progress of the project.
