Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role is critical to ensuring our facilities remain safe functional and well-maintained to support daily operations.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of company facilities and addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including furnaces and air-conditioning systems (EPA certification not required)

• Service and repair water heaters solar collection tanks and appliances

• Perform general plumbing repairs including fixtures disposals drains and piping

• Complete basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs (lighting outlets switches minor diagnostics)

• Conduct general carpentry painting and building repairs (doors drywall trim hardware etc.)

• Perform groundskeeping and exterior facility maintenance as needed

• Provide maintenance support for additional facility systems and equipment as required

• Perform skilled work in one or more trades (HVAC plumbing electrical appliance repair locksmith etc.) requiring solid working knowledge and troubleshooting ability

• Respond promptly to service requests while providing excellent internal customer service

• Accurately document all work performed in accordance with company policy

• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and unexpected repairs

• Maintain clean safe and organized work areas

• Follow all company policies and comply with federal state and local safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 3 years of facilities building maintenance or multi-trade experience preferred

• Working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and general maintenance systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests

• Valid drivers license

• Reliable professional and customer-service oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to climb ladders kneel bend and work at heights
