The International Tax and Transaction Services practice iscomprisedof three competencies focused on advising corporate and private equity clients on all aspects of their capital agenda Transaction Tax Advisory International Corporate Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing. ITTS is unique in that it is a joint venture between the Transaction Advisory Services and Tax servicelinesallowing ITTS to maximize market opportunities as well as the growth and development of ITTS professionals. The International Corporate Tax Advisorycompetency(ICTA)is responsible foradvising clients on international tax operations including cross-border controversy international policy advisory international tax quantitative services internalrestructuringand refinancing.
The coordinated go-to market and service approach of ICTA and TTA is unmatched in the market. It will offer you significant learning and development within the transaction landscape as well as international cross-border transactions. To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelors degree and around three years of related work experience or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience
- Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status
- Tax due diligence deal structuring and post-acquisition planning experience and/or inbound and outbound transaction consulting with international tax researchplanningand compliance experience
- Experience managing budgetsprojectsand people

- Strong writing research analytical communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work infast-paced professional services environment
- The ability and willingness to travel and workin excess ofstandard hours when certain circumstances travel may berequiredbeyond your work location based on client and project needs.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $91100 to $150200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $109400 to $170600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.
