The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our busy UK Inbound Immigration team Japanese team.

The Global Immigration team within EYs People Advisory Services practice is the largest single-brand provider of immigration services worldwide. We manage a wide range of business immigration solutions for multinational clients focusing on compliance and legal matters such as coordinating and filing work and visa applications renewals and extensions and advising on passport and nationality issues.

Skills and Attributes for Success
Youll have:

• Extensive business immigration experience with strong knowledge of UK Skilled Worker visa and Global Business Mobility (GBM) category.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good stakeholder management skills.
• Very good organization skills with the ability to plan prioritize meet deadlines monitor budget and manage multiple small-scale projects.
• Strong IT skills including very good MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) BIT and local visa preparation software.
• Excellent level of attention to detail with sound business judgment.
• Client-driven with strategic and commercial awareness.
• Very good presentation skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure technical excellence through technical and risk review.
• Be proactive in client engagement and building account relationships.
• Own your engagement economics and deliver on increasing margins and revenues.
• Live the firms values to help create a high-performing team and inclusive environment.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of immigration concepts and issues and proactively research current immigration developments and creatively apply immigration and HR knowledge to client situations.
• Actively contribute to the development of communications training material new service offerings etc. because of changes in law or policy latest immigration developments etc.
• Demonstrate a solutions-based approach by creatively applying immigration and HR knowledge to client situations.
• Demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensure the delivery of high-quality work meeting stakeholders expectations.
• Measure the efficiency of your own business area against external benchmarks.
