Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Participate in new Workday module testing enhancement validation and system implementation activities.
Perform regular Workday data audits to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with company standards.
Manage and update Workday supervisory organizations (Sup Orgs) positions and employee data.
Handle Workday compensation updates including salary changes allowances and compensation events.
Support Workday enhancement requests by performing impact analysis testing and providing recommendations.
Manage the Help Center / HR ticket queue ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of Workday-related queries.
Collaborate with HR Tech and cross-functional teams for system improvements and process automation.
Ensure data integrity in Workday by conducting periodic checks and coordinating corrections with stakeholders.
Assist in creating and updating Workday SOPs user guides and process documentation.
Ability to leverage AI-enabled HR systems and analytics to automate transactional processes improve data accuracy and drive operational efficiency.
Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
At least 3 years of handson experience in Workday HCM.
Working knowledge of applying AI in day-to-day HR operations.
Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable proactive and willing to take on challenging tasks.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
