Job Summary

The Role

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager the Group Reporting Manager is responsible for delivering accurate and timely Group consolidation and reporting for Orora. The role oversees month-end half-year and year-end reporting cycles maintains the integrity of the Group consolidation system and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the business. This position plays a key role in supporting the organisation with high-quality financial information while driving continuous improvement across Group reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver the monthly Group consolidation and management reporting process ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform month-end ledger close activities with additional requirements at half-year and full-year reporting cycles
  • Maintain and enhance the Group consolidation system (Hyperion HFM) ensuring it reflects evolving business requirements
  • Provide first-level support to the business for consolidation system queries including data loading validation and reconciliations
  • Consolidate and review Group cash flow reporting and key Group reconciliations
  • Coordinate system updates with external service providers including requirements definition testing and review
  • Lead and facilitate system training sessions for stakeholders across the Group
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Group reporting processes and controls

About You

  • Degree qualification in Accounting or Finance with CA or CPA qualification preferred
  • Strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience within a large complex organisation ideally a global group
  • Hands-on experience with consolidation systems (Hyperion HFM or similar strongly preferred)
  • Background in a professional accounting firm at Manager or Senior Manager level or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to support and influence across multiple business units and time zones
