The Position
- Plan supervisemonitorand evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail boarding functions & events.
- Successfully managementor and develop both front an back of house teams
- Deliver to our clients high expectations of a premium experience
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls
- Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
- Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations
- Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (includingall OH&S compliance)
The Person
- 3 years minimum leadership experience is essential
- Cert III or IV Commercial Cookery qualification
- Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP
- Experience with full P&L Management and commercial knowledge
- Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
- Contract management experience (highly regarded)
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
