Pay: $2764.80/week $2500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)
Position Overview
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Hendersonville TN. This position offers competitive weekly pay a lucrative completion bonus and comprehensive benefits. The L&D nurse will play a vital role in supporting mothers through the labor delivery and immediate postpartum process while ensuring safe high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor delivery and recovery.
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and operate specialized equipment.
Administer medications IVs and epidurals as ordered.
Assist physicians and midwives during labor cesarean sections and delivery procedures.
Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process.
Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility.
Minimum 12 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (travel experience preferred).
Current certifications: BLS and NRP required (ACLS preferred).
Strong clinical judgment communication and patient advocacy skills.
Ability to perform effectively in high-stress fast-paced settings.
