Job Summary
What Youll Do
Own & Evolve Our Adaptive Planning Environment
- Lead the configuration maintenance and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting forecasting and reporting across the organization.
- Manage metadata hierarchies structural changes and version control with an emphasis on data accuracy and system reliability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline planning processes expand modeling capabilities and improve the enduser experience.
Strengthen Key Financial Integrations
- Partner with our Financial Systems team to optimize integrations with Workday Financials UKG (workforce management/payroll) and ADS (AIR data store).
- Ensure smooth timely and accurate data flows across platforms and troubleshoot issues in partnership with IT HR and Finance.
- Support system upgrades test new functionality and help ensure seamless operations across our connected systems.
Empower & Support System Users
- Act as a trusted advisor for Finance and crossfunctional partners helping users build or refine reports using Adaptive and OfficeConnect.
- Create clear documentation training resources and bestpractice guidance that help teams get the most out of the system.
- Lead user training sessions support onboarding for new team members and respond to adhoc reporting and system questions.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in financial systems FP&A technology or a similar discipline.
- Handson expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building configuration or reporting experience strongly preferred).
- Comfort working with integrated ecosystems including Workday Financials UKG and/or enterprise data warehouses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into thoughtful scalable system solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on enabling teams and building trust across functions.

What We Offer
AIR offers attractive total $125000 - $140000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
