Key Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations diagnosis and medication management
Utilize DSM-5-TR for assessment and treatment planning
Deliver care in both in-person and telehealth settings
Collaborate with patients to develop individualized goal-oriented care plans
Practice within a trauma-informed integrated behavioral health model
Coordinate care with community partners and emergency services when needed
Participate in limited after-hours on-call rotation (12 times per year)
Document care efficiently using electronic health records

Qualifications

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Active unrestricted Texas license
Experience or strong interest in working with underserved populations
Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team
Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills
Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
