Job Summary
Rituals is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project and Product Manager (PPM) for our Product domain. This is a pivotal dual-role position that ensures projects are delivered effectively whilst continuously improving the system (Centric Software) and processes that support it.
We are undergoing major technical transformation within our IT landscape - 23 systems need to be migrated from a master data system to our Google Cloud platform resulting in changes to business processes the systems support. It is a cross-functional project with many dependencies and tight timelines. As Project Manager you will be supporting the Program Manager and collaborate closely with Business Architects Business Analysts and Data & Integration teams.
As a Product Manager you are responsible for the strategic direction and continuous improvement of technology product(s) within the Product domain. You will manage initiatives end-to-end from defining business requirements and prioritizing backlog items to overseeing delivery testing release and adoption. This includes planning and coordinating releases validating data impacts and ensuring successful implementation and communication to this will involve managing our Product data in Centric the future this will be expanded to include PLCM.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Long-term product evolution: define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Continuous delivery and improvement and ensure initiatives are executed in the right sequence and scope.
- Act as the escalation point for critical incidents and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with support teams.
- Monitor SLAs and KPIs related to product performance availability and user satisfaction.
- Identify and manage risks issues dependencies and changes proactively.
- Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders on strategic and tactical level.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project & product documentation.
Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of project & product management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall and Lean).
- Experience with tools like Jira for planning tracking and managing project/product timelines.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Vendor Management:experience in managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring their deliverables meet (project) requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey (project) goals progress and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Moreover you have:
- 5 years of experience managing technology projects/products and product lifecycles.
- Results-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- You thrive in an international fast paced dynamic environment where English is often the language of choice.
