As a Pattern Maker you will shape the silhouettes fits and technical solutions behind our menswear collections while working handson in our inhouse atelier where ideas can be tested and developed quickly together with designers and the wider product team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will do
- Develop and refine patterns fits and silhouettes across menswear categories
- Lead size grading and ensure consistent fit across all sizes
- Ensure accurate grading and fit across all sizes
- Participate in fittings and implement fit corrections together with the design team
- Collaborate closely with our Production Office throughout sampling and development
- Explore new solutions for silhouettes based on team input fashion direction and customer insights
- Continuously improve methods technical solutions and ways of workings
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will work daily with our menswear designer buyers and the broader ARKET assortment team.
In our inhouse atelier together with our dedicated seamstress youll bring ideas to life quickly and test technical solutions handson throughout the development process.
You will also collaborate closely with our Production Office to secure quality efficiency and sustainability from first sample to production. The team values strong dialogue detailed craftsmanship and a solution-oriented mindset.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
A strong professional background in pattern making preferably within denim/trousers or tailored/premium garments
Strong technical knowledge in fit pattern making and size grading
Experience with measurement lists
Software skills: Illustrator Lectra Classic CLO3D
Fluent in English
Ability to work structured prioritize and manage deadlines
And people who are
Collaborative and inclusive
Innovative and willing to test new ideas
Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing circumstances
Communicative straightforward and openminded
Action oriented proactive and able to take ownership
Curious willing to learn and continuously improve minded proactive and able to take ownership

This is a fulltime permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm.
